Katie Mauriello
Senior Director of Operations

Katie Mauriello leads our assisted living communities and the Center for Healthy Aging, in addition to Independence at Home. Katie joined the management team in 2018. She manages all HHCSS Sales, Outreach, and Geriatric Care Management staff and was recently named Interim Director of Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Senior Service industry. Prior to her current role, she was the Executive Director at Mulberry Gardens of Southington and Middlewoods of Farmington. Ms. Mauriello has expansive experience in sales and occupancy as she was the Retirement Counselor in three of HHCSS Assisted Living communities. When Arbor Rose first opened, Ms. Mauriello was the Senior Retirement Counselor reaching and exceeding all start-up goals. She is member of the Board of Directors for Senior Transportations Services, Inc. in New Britain.

Pamela Leone
Senior Analyst, Quality & Compliance for Senior Care
Ms. Leone joined the HHCSS team in 2015 holding positions of Staff Educator, IT Application Analyst, and currently is the Senior Analyst – Quality & Compliance for Senior Services, assisting both Skilled Nursing Operations and Assisted Living Operations. She brings 10-plus years of clinical experience in the Senior Service industry. Prior to her current role, Ms. Leone has held positions of Director of Nurses, Assistant Director of Nurses, Staff Development, Unit Manager, Supervisor, and Charge Nurse. She holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Science from the University of Hartford, and is a Registered Nurse.
